David and Bonnie are committed to their clients and have numerous testimonials to that fact. David held management positions with two major retailers before entering the real estate business in 1992; Bonnie received her license in 1994.  Since that time, the McIlvaines have sold in excess of 900 homes.

Both Bonnie and David have a strong commitment to their industry that is manifested in their participation in both the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors® (GBBR) and the Maryland Association of Realtors® (MAR). Currently they both sit on numerous committees and David is a member of the Executive Committee of GBBR and the Board of Directors for the Maryland Association of Realtors®. 

They are believers in continual education and have attended numerous seminars concerning real estate investment, marketing, technology, and negotiating. David McIlvaine Jr is now affiliated with the McIlvaine Group and continues the commitment of “families moving families”. David Sr. has attained the Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI), the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation, the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and the ePro designation (technology specialist). Bonnie holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation and the Accredited Staging® Professional designation.
